Thank you, I concur with Anita’s comments below and wish to add everything was well organized from Antoinette who showed me the venue, to Nadine who did the pre-arrangements and planning, to the DJ, Sonnette and Esmerelda (coordinator) who ensured everything went according to plan and went out of her way to arrange coffee which we never even thought of, the Barman/men and waiters who were more than happy to assist during the afternoon prior to the guests arriving, the chef for the food…. And everyone else involved who I’ve not mentioned by name! As far as I know, no-one wrecked the place but everyone had an absolute fabulous time!

Melissa had an awesome birthday and said even though it was her own party, it was the best 21st she’s ever attended

Words can never say how grateful I am to every one at Makiti for everything you did to make my wedding day special. Makiti is a beautiful venue, but it is well complimented by proffesional, friendly and helpful staff!!

From the day we first arrived you were so friendly Annamarie, and we could not resist booking! Thank you to Nadine, without you i really could not have had the day i had, i really appreciate all your effort. You have such a kind heart and it shows in your work.

I know i only met Elzette on the day, but she worked so hard and went out of her way to help us, even found a blow dryer!! Thank you.

Hi All.

I would just like to send you a big thank you for all your help on our wedding day on the 15 April.

I would like to compliment Anamarie & Nadine on a job well done. Not only did they help settle some very tense nerves but ensured the hall looked absolutely stunning and oversaw the entire evening which ran like clockwork. We were also very impressed with the food which was delicious and we got numerous compliments from a number of the guests all of whom gave the food two thumbs up.

Another big thank you to Winston (the DJ) who created a wonderful atmosphere and managed to keep the dance floor going the whole night.

All in all our wedding was an amazing experience and we would just like to send a very big sincere thank you to the entire Makiti team for their help, creativity and hard work to make sure our wedding went off without a hitch.

Hoe kosbaar is tyd nie? Daar's 'n begin en 'n einde aan alle goeie dinge!, So het ons die eerste van ons dogters se grootdag met haar gedeel. Danksy ,vir jou en die goeie personeel met die bestuur van Makiti kon Cindy & Charl 'n awesome dag beleef!!! God was daar teenwoordig en Hy het sy bedekte seen oor al die reelings & dag gehou waarvoor ons as gesin juig!!! Alle lof kom Hom toe want Hy is magtig. Als was so amazing mooi en het baie lekker geeet.

'n Spesiale dankie vir jou vir die geduld wat jy altyd met die Le Roux - familie gehad het en die harde werk en lang ure wat jy vir die troue ingesit het!

Hoe wonderlik is dit nie om vandag vir jul 'n E-pos te kan stuur om baie dankie te se vir die wonderlike dag wat ons as le Roux-familie en gaste saam met Cindy & Charl kon fier by Makiti. Elke gas het met lof gepraat oor hoe pragtig die omgewing en die fasiliteite by Makiti lyk. Die DJ het sy werk ook met onderskeiding verrig. Baie dankie ook vir die kort kennisgewing wat ons dogter Karen kon kom geoefen het, en die pragtige seun wat haar gehelp het met die klank (ken ongelukkig nie sy naam) maar dra ons dank tog asb ook aan hom oor.

Naomi en haar span het hulle ook knap gedra en 'n groot las van ons skouers geneem. Die oornag fasiliteite het ons almal verbaas en so kon ons 'n rustige nag geniet! Die ontbyt was werklik 'n treffer.

Mag daar groot seen op jou en jou familie en die onbaatsigtige diens wat jul aan ander mense lewer wees!

Ek wil ook met jul die volgende gedagte deel wat my na aan die hart le: Wanneer jy God opreg bedank het vir elke seen wat jou toeval, sal daar weinig tyd oorbly om te mor en te kla.

My apologies that we are only getting to send this mail now... It has been a bit busy with honeymoon and settling into the ‘being married’ role J, but I just wanted to thank you all for making our wedding so special!! Our wedding co-ordinator was amazing; every interaction that we have had with Makiti was very professional and I was totally relaxed on that day, knowing that it would all be taken care of.

We would like to express our appreciation and satisfaction for the way you handled and organised the wedding celebrations. First of all the venue is phantastic! Everybody was impressed about the scenery and enjoyed the well maintained gardens. (A guest from Austria was especially impressed with the little church, which he described as one of the most cosy little churches he has seen!)

The wedding coordinator also need to be mentioned. She was always helpful and capable. So was the DJ and everybody else. We didn’t have any problems and everything went well. You did a great job and we will recommend your venue wherever we can!

My wife and I would like to thank Makiti Wedding & Function Venue, Kromdraai, Krugersdorp, for hosting the wedding of our daughter, Chantelle, and her husband, Branden, on 23 September 2010. The wedding planner, Nadia, and the staff were very professional and contributed in making the occasion a huge success. The décor was stunning and the gardens were manicured to perfection. The food was “to die for”! Our guests were constantly complimenting us on the choice of venue. Thanks Nadia, Makiti and Staff.
